I think if you meet the cutoff score that's enough. And if you get the nomination then you will be able to easily clear the cutoff. If you go through https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html site you can see the number of people in the pool for a particular CRS score vs ITA sent the very next day. There is no way you won't get ITA if your score is above cutoff score.
Thank You cyborg009 ! This gave me hope !

Ontario doesn't randomly select your program. Once you are nominated by Ontario you are eligible for a program called "Provincial Nominee Program".

If you open your application on IRCC's portal you'll see a table with title "What am I eligible for?" It looks something like this

ProgramDetailsHelp
Federal Skilled WorkerMet?
Provincial Nominee ProgramNot Met?
Canadian Experience ClassNot Met?
Federal Skilled TradesNot Met?

This table specifies all the programs for which your are eligible to apply/receive ITA.

So may be what your agent means is that after you get nominated, you'll get additional 600 points but your ITA depends on

1. Current program for which ITAs were issued.
2. Your eligibility to that program.

Since this thread is about Tech Draw I'm assuming that you are already eligible for Federal Skilled Worker, so after getting nominated you can expect ITA for any of the following immigration programs

1. Federal Skilled Worker
2. Provincial Nominee Program
3. No Program Specified
Thank You parminder2021 for this explanation ! This really gave me a ray of hope. My agent is making me hopeless for some reason.
Yes, The only program I was eligible for was "Federal Skilled Worker". And, I hope I am eligible for "Provincial Nominee Program" as well once I receive nomination. But, my agent says it is the Ontario government who decides and mentions in the letter if my ITA is to be issued from "Federal Skilled Worker" or "Provincial Nominee Program" draw.

@fernandopn And I have a immigration consultant as well, trust me they would want you to think or make the process complicated so that you believe you got the service and you would have been in mess if not for them. First of all get login credentials for OINP application from them. That way you can keep track of it
Cyfa Seriously ! You read my mind. I feel the same. They are trying to show that they are doing a great job in it and without them in place, there is no way for us to succeed in this process.

Your agent is right about the timeline, it is not possible to see the timeline. We estimate the timeline based on our own diligence in checking the website. If we check it every day and, on a specific day, we suddenly see a new status, we assume it has changed on that day.
Thank You @vinithenorth for this explanation as well. I really thought that they are lying to me in this regard. Simply because I would keep them asking about the status changes. Therefore, they just gave me one answer and nothing thereafter, so that I keep my mouth shut.

It is not only about the cutoff, it depends on the type of draw. There are three draws: Foreign skilled workers (FSW, which is for overseas people, but it is currently on hold), Canadian Experience Class (CEC, for those who have at least 1 year of Canadian experience), and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP, which is for people who have a provincial nomination).
Thank You @vinithenorth for this clarification !

As you have submitted details for ADR, your application must ne in DIP. Most of the time you will receive nomination within 75 to 90 days. It can come anytime for you. As per tracker folks around 10 12 March submission are getting nominated. And what email address is registered for IRCC profile, because once you are nominated by OINP, IRCC is going to send an email to you that you have a message. :)

Tracker for OINP:

Thank You buddy :) My agent is the one who created the accounts, profiles etc. I think it lands in agent's inbox. So far, I haven't received any email from Ontario etc. The invitation was also sent to the agent. Then the agent sends me an email. So, I have to wait until my agent informs me

It usually takes 75 - 90 days to get the nomination.

You can add your case on this tracker and compare your case with others.

Even if you are in the city where panelist are, you can’t book an appointment without an IME number anymore. Upfront medicals are not happening, I tried calling in all Max Speciality Centers(in Delhi, Chandigarh, Mohali) and even tried couple other hospitals in different cities, they won’t be doing upfront medicals anymore. Just gonna wait till 1st week of June and based on the situation will make a decision.

Hey, I just checked Max Super Speciality's website and they are accepting appointments in Mohali.

Here is the link if anyone wants to book an appointment.

https://www.maxhealthcare.in/book-an-appointment/hospital/max-super-speciality-hospital-mohali/search/dr-immigration-mohali-canada~~d2872

I don't live in Mohali so I don't know if it actually works.
