Hello, I am an FSW- O applicant and my AOR is 21-Jan 2021. I want an update on my application. I was wondering how to get GCMS notes or where can I call to learn the details. Need your suggestions. TIA

Hi guys
FSW-Outland
ITA-December 23/2020
AOR-February 8/21
BIL-February 17/21
I know they said it takes 6 months or less but damn! I’m so tired of waiting. The updates on my account are; medicals passed, you do not need an interview, we’re reviewing your eligibility, no need for ADR, biometrics completed, we’re processing your background check. At what stage should I order GCM notes?
I’m with you mate. I have a spouse Outland (CEC inland myself), wonder if that would have significant impact. I ordered my GCMS notes last night.

AOR - 18th January 2021

Cheers!

I have travelled to India on 22nd Dec for a month vacation. At the end of the vacation, myself affected by covid and after a month family is affected. So I am still in India due to restrictions. I have a few questions

1. I have applied for PCC from BLS Toronto before I left Canada and received it on18th Jan 2021. My roommate collected it and I have submitted the completed application on Jan 24th...Is it a valid PCC?
2. Should I need to inform IRCC about my extended stay in India? (I am planning to travel once restrictions are removed - Have a valid TRV)
3. If I need to order GCMS notes, Can I order under the Access to Information Act or I will need to use services of thegcmsonline ?
4. Thanks for your time :)

Can we order GCMS notes out side canada if yes please help me how what to mention thr
Dear @Rayaan, after asking around the forums I ordered from getgcms.com, the service provided by @legalfalcon who has been delivering within timelines.

I logged into my account and it showed 'application/profile updated' when I opened my application, the page directed me to bad gateway. Again after almost a week, it showed 'application/profile updated' and after opening my profile it took me to bad gateway. Are these real ghost updates or just technical glitches?

What is your AOR date? Any updates on your file?My status is same like yours..TIA
MY AOR is 15 jan 2021, FSW O. My file has moved to LONDON VO.

Hello sir, I need a help. My AOR is JAN 15 FSW O. As per the last update:
1. ELIGIBILITY - NOT STARTED
2. CRIMINALITY - PASSED
3. SECURITY - NOT STARTED
4. MEDICAL - PASSED
5. INFO SHARING - COMPLETE.
Sir, I have resigned from my join for which I claimed points. I was in UAE and now shifted to India. My last working day is 31-5-21.
My lawyer suggests that I have to raise a webform and again upload my reference letter and experience letter. Sir, is it required to send these documents again or else I should just simply raise a web form stating the Change in country of residence.
Please sir in dire need of your suggestion.
Waiting for your reply.

If you claimed points for the job where you were employed, and no longer work, you have to inform IRCC that you no longer work with the employer so that IRCC is aware of it in case they call your employer or the person who provided you with the work reference letter.

However, there is no need to provide any new work reference letter since the application is locked when it is filed.

Also, since you have changed your country of residence you have to inform IRCC of the same, and have you address changed, unless you will return to UAE and are in India only for a short while.
