Since Arrima started for Peq, speed of issuing CSQ has skyrocketed. Good for the applicants but What this effectively means is clogging an already overclogged system at federal level. Is this the policy of retards at Quebec Immigration Ministers office to solve the issue already at hand?

I called today to ask about my file, it was sent in July 2020. They said it was in the process of completeness check so I am assuming we could be getting more AORs very soon.
Maybe we should call IRCC next week @ValeriaS to ask if they are busy with completeness check of our files. Like the Chamber of Commons website you gave us, they want IRCC to give everyone their AORs right away. I've been saying, perhaps there will be an explosion of AORs. Lets hope.

I really think it’s too early for me, but you can call - you applied a bit earlier.

I am not sure that it will be a solution any time soon.
I watched the video from the National Asamblea, and Quebec Minister of Immigration said that Quebec is fast enough, we are issuing CSQ, etc. It's federal level problem that they are slow.

On the other hand Federal Minister of Immigration blamed Quebec for the quota and he said that they can't do anything until Quebec will raise the quota.

So its ping pong game for now.

Both Quota and almost dead processing at federal are problem.
Quebec immigration minister doesn't even know number of files stuck at federal. I doubt if she knows her role and responsibilities fully.

My application about to be 3 months old, yours 2 months. So almost the same age, doesnt hurt to ask.
When processing time was around 16-17 months and when there was no COVID at all, AOR was given 3 months after application reaches to the IRCC office. FYI.

You need to inform IRCC through webform. You need to attach birth certificate copy and maybe other documents (like application form update). It’s better to call IRCC to clarify.
