I am sending a family application. Using A5 envelop inside three A4 envelopes for each family member is this the correct way for family application?
Does anyone have the same situation?

Hi, I am applying for my citizenship soon, I have two questions:
1. I don't have a driver's license so I plan to use my foreign passport, PR Card and ontario health card as IDs. Will these 3 suffice or will I need a driver's license at any point?
2. I got a student visa for Canada in 2015 but I didn't come to Canada at that time. Do I need to mention this in the immigration status question (Q. 13 I believe)? I am currently on a PR.

Thanks

1. Driver’s license is not a requirement to apply for citizenship. The mentioned documents suffice.

2. No. Question 13 asks if you have had immigration, permanent resident status and/or citizenship in any other country outside of Canada (e.g. your country of birth). So, no. You don’t mention your student VISA for Canada in this question.

Hello Frnds,

I am applying for citizenship (family application). When it comes to minor, is it required that date in application form and physical presence calculator to be same? Because the application form does not allow to select a old date to match the phy presence calculator date. It is throwing an error while validation.
@muba Physical presence calculation is not required for a minor. It is not included in the minor checklist.

Hi
For Question 14,I had 2 passports in the 5 yr period
First one validity was May-2009 to May-2019
Second one validity was Dec-2017 to Dec-2027

I had applied for second passport as the pages were over in the first one.
So when i put the expiry date for the first passport, should i put the date of "May-2019" or "Dec-2017" when the second passport was issued? as the first passport was cancelled when i got a new one

Put the expiry date as it was on the passport, and not the cancellation date.

Always put the expiry date of the old passport exactly as shown on the passport. You can add a Letter of Explanation mentioning that the old passport was cancelled on XX date and other details about your situation.

Hi,

what is the process to add newborn baby to the existing citizenship application, which is in-process? Your reply is highly appreciated.
I couldn't find any info in the CIC website.

Is the baby born in Canada or abroad? If in Canada, then they Canadian and their birth certificate is their proof of citizenship.
