Any outlander receiving nominee certificate recently?

True, but I am seeing some people in different provinces getting NOI but their application is paused because they are outside the country.

Of course everything is paused because of COVID. Preference is selecting those working in Canada right now. However those with FSW-Inland are not even being processed.

Then what is the point of sending NOI to outlanders?? I received NOI from Alberta a few days ago....

Then you are very lucky. Still taking applications but it will take a long time for processing. People with COPR after March 2020 can’t even come to Canada.

Now that I have received NOI, does it mean they will process my application too??

It will be processed. It will take a long time. Don’t know the province so assume it is through EE.

It takes longer because I am outside Canada or it takes longer for either case due to COVID?
