Why u want to hold Outlander application? U just emphasise on ur application
The reason is we are already working in Canada. We have a risk in lossing our employment. If we loss our jobs we loss pnp nomination. Outlend people do not have that risk. they focus only on inland applicants because of corona.

I was able to get in ONIP (International student) last November but got application file number on 18 December due to technical reasons. Since that, I have not got any thing. Has anyone who applied last Nov/Dec got the nomination yet ?

Sorry to say, its very negative thinking, I am repeating that you must try to escalate ur application but thinking otherwise is not a solution for u!, be possible, think positive and result will be positive

hi everyone,

I have prepared a letter to the Minister of Immigration. Please note any other points we may write in this letter.

Honorable Minister

We all (temporary residents) thanks for what you are doing for immigration and hopefully you will continue to do so.

We (PNP paper based PR pathway) are also working for Canada during this pandemic (COVID-19). But we are shocked when the immigration department has not done anything for us yet.

We would like to tell you that our PR process is very slow. The first PNP nomination takes approximately 4 to 5 months after that paper based PR file processing time now takes 21 months. The limit is the time when the AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt ) number is not coming even 7 to 8 months after the file submission. While in CEC (Canadian Experience Class) the PR process is being completed in 3 to 4 months. Like CEC, we are constantly working for CANADA.

So we all request you to speed up our process.

With Regards

Applications such as CEC and newly introduced essential workers and international student graduates who are working in Canada stream are processed within 6 months.

We are INLAND PNP paper based PNP applicants with Canadian work experience that can be easily verified (Canadian T4 and pay stubs. The province has already verified our information). Actually almost all our documents have already checked and verified by the province immigration office. Federal government part is check the admissibility and medical. So taking 21 months for this is unfair.

The worst past in PNP paper based INLAND applicants is we are in the dark and do not know what is happening with our applications (we need to wait more than 7 months to get AOR).

There is a big risk that we lose jobs or reduction of working hours during corona. If we lose the job or change employment conditions (Full Time to Part Time), then there is a possibility to lose the PNP nomination. If we lose our jobs, then we have to start the whole process from the beginning.

Kindly request to give similar priority to Paper Based PNP applications (INLAND) as CEC and process the PNP paper based PNP INLAND applications within 6 month? Technically, both CEC express entry and PNP paper based INLAND applicants in similar backgrounds and we can request them to treat us equally this corona time

Its looks good. If you could include few information about PNP certificate and its relation to JOB. I mean if we lost our job then our PNP process more or less gone and it is devastating. So kindly prioritise the PNP paper based application so that we will get on time the COPR.
Thanks.

Also many of us were eligible for the new pathway, but we let the chance go so that the others could also have opportunity to apply for the Permanent residency. Many of PNP applicants are already have been working as essential workers and contributing to this society for around a year or longer by the time we get AOR. It would be very appreciated the processing go quicker. We are working in this pandemic risking our health, and we do not want to be worried and afraid of the possibility of being laid off.

Try to print on the newspaper so it will affect directly to government.
