This is normal, if by the time your meds expire, IRCC is unable to make a decision, the meds will be sent for reassessment so that as soon as all stages pass, a decision can be made.

No GU noted so far.

So, my question is, Is it possible that without completing the eligibility, IRCC would start reviewing the security.
Because from what I have read, not a single fsw applicant's security has been touched.

And looking at the present scenario, security is the last thing they would process (my guess).
So, would it be possible that the agent might have checked someone else's profile?(I hope that wont be the case.)

Please help me clear my doubt.

What does mean eligibility in progress
its passed or in process ??

It means it's still on progress. But I called 2 days back and the agent said reviewed required for my eligibility.

In some rare cases IRCC may initiate security and there may not be an officer's note regarding eligibly being conclusively passed. Usually the security is only initiated after the eligibility is conclusively passed by an officer and you will see an officer's not that will look like this: #4,004

You only have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the program and the score has to be over the minimum cut off.

As long as you meet both, there is nothing to worry.

Had a ghost update today. Not sure if that's something.

Last time i called (2 wks ago) my application status was:
Eligibility : passed . Medical : passed . Criminality : in progress . Security : not started ..

Just got another ghost update today. So, one April 30 and another one today. My background status: we are processing.." and has never changed. Any Nov. Fsw applicants receiving updates??

I was asked to submit proof of salary for my current employer and previous employer on April 15 along with a letter of employment. I submitted pay stubs alone on the CIC website on April 16th. I send 2 webforms uploading pay stubs along with the letter of employment because I thought they might use it as a replacement document. I called on April 23rd and the agent told me the application is approved(Medicals, Eligibility, Security, Criminality) and I should be expecting COPR soon. I haven't received it yet and it's been more than a week since the agent confirmed over the phone. Yesterday I got an e-mail saying IRCC received my documents uploaded through the web form and sent those to the case manager for review.

1. Would this re-open my case and lead to any delays?
2. Any reason why I haven't got any confirmation e-mail or COPR(as said by an agent over the phone) as it's been more than a week now.

Please share your thoughts.

After an application is approved, you have to give it some time for the COPR to be generated and if you are in Canada, the file may be transferred to you may be sent an email to confirm whether you are in Canada.

Also, IRCC is experiencing delays.

If you were asked to submit some documents, you have to comply with it, and if a decision was made prior to it, submitting additional documents will not change or lead to re-opening the file.
