You will see COPR letter on Monday. If they generated number for COPR that means if already been printed but need to be sent in GCKEY.
My friend, I saw numerous ppl mentioned to you that there’s nothing in your signature. Maybe you are talking about different signature that we don’t know about? Because when we click on your nickname there is no information in “About” tab - usually referred as signature

GU3 - April 22 morning ( if i got agent right at 6:25 am , Don't know toronto time or sydney , not my local time though)
Contacted IRCC passed everything after 3 rd update now waiting for DM
Also i received one GU in february but that was glitch i think as lot of applicants received it and no changes were made
And also After GU1 i called ircc and they told me that no changes were made on file so i thought it might be a glitch but who knows was it glitch or did it signify anything
DM In ECAS today april 24 , waiting for copr
I didn’t ask for his timeline. I know how to find it through post history. I was just pointing to him that there’s nothing in his signature

Congrats. however aug & sep 2020 ARs still waiting for AoRs. Not sure how IRCC works and open envelopes, seems random? Any thoughts
thank you. It is not random at all, There are a lot of people on this forum from August and September and in other forums who have received their AORs.
having said that, Some officers need more time to work on some files - especially those that are filed by individuals. If you have a lawyer that represents you, and especially if it’s a big law firm, they take over the entire responsibility and your file is served like ‘ready to eat’ food in front of the officer. That’s why you see so many cases move quickly while some take time.
i know not everyone can afford a hot shot lawyer, but unfortunately that’s the reality. The officers too have service level targets and they too just like other humans, want to get the ‘easier tasks’ done first.
