I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

is an advanced diploma equivalent to a PG Diploma or is it right for me to go for a PG diploma.
Also is there a relationship between transport and logistics and supply chain management.
Thank you

Order GCMS notes because you have every reason stated for a refusal. Without knowing your profile, can't comment. Don't know how old you are but having your mom as a sponsor with little savings will drain all her funds.

I am 24 years of age. Aside the amount of money my mom had which is 28,000 CAD meant to sponsor me, she has other sources of inform. She has her rental properties and also her pension. All these amount to 11k CAD annually.

You are 24, you need to show some of your own funds. Funds is just one issue as you have many issues to address.

You can have a gift deed. Get GCMS notes because your SOP was not clear. If you don't change your SOP and profile, you will be refused again.

Okay thank you. I will do that. I will request for my GCMS notes today.
please can I ask what you mean by changing my profile. Sorry if I’m asking a lot of questions but I need all the advice I can get

You have very weak home ties since most of your family are all temporary residents in other countries or migrating there - Red flag
Your mother is funding your education but she is no longer working. The amount is also not substantial - Red flag
Nigeria is already a country with low approval rates. Your application should've been near perfect.
You opted to go PG which has lower approval rates compared to of Bachelor's or Master's.

Yes, Transportation & Logistics is related to Supply Chain in that it is one of the sub-fields within the greater supply chain field.

Thank you for your advice. How do you advice me to go about it.
My younger sister was born in the United States and she is a citizen by birth. My elder sister is a green card holder. My elder brother is a doctor also in the United States.
for proof of funds, how can I handle it. Should all the money be in my account? Please advice how I can get a strong application? I went for a PG Diploma because most masters degree admission needs some sort of work experience and the cost of the masters degree is very high
Please advice me. I truly appreciate your input

Financial requirement is one yaar tuition fee plus $10,000... that means you depletes all your mother’s savings. She is getting 11k annually, like 900 a month, i dont think that is enough to support your cost of living and fees here in Canada. Having siblings in United States doesnt give you bonus in your application...transfering all money to your account intending to convince VO is another redflag... from a look of it, you lack both social and economic tier. Nigeria has 6% success rate, i would suggest work with Immigration lawyer

Do you request she adds up the income?. She saved the money for my education. Atleast the 11k could keep her at bay, since she receives the income annually. All my siblings being in the United States doesn’t not negatively affect my application? Aside seeking the help of an immigration lawyer. What else do you suggest j do if you have any?

No im not requesting that, but you do not meeting financial requirement... i understand that your mother saved for your fees, but she is retired and in the eye of VO it may be different. While you did not disclose how much is your tuition fee, but $28k from retired parent may not be strong proof you meet financial requirement
