Hey! Yes, I did apply via SDS.
I do not exactly know when my eligibility started. I only know when I passed my medicals, which is 8th April 2021.
After that, I recieved ;

BVL - 19th April 2021
PPR - 20th April 2021

I do not know but what you can do is raise a web form and send the latest acceptance letter. It is very disheartening that you did not recieve a decision since 1 year. I wish you all the very best and hope you get your PPR very soon.

Hello, I've created a EE profile in the first week of march and then withdrew it within 2-3 weeks. I've not received any ITA or PNP application.

Now, I am applying for study permit for fall intake. Could you please tell me:

1. Would the withdrawn EE application cause any issue?
2. May I know how to explain about the EE profile in my SOP.

Thanks and looking forward for your reply.

I have seen numerous people sailing in the same boat as you.
It will not create any impact on your study permit application and there’s no need to justify it in SOP. However, you may seek expert advice as well as post it on this FACEBOOK Group.

It may have an impact. It essentially proves your desire to immigrate. If you are a genuine student with a strong profile it may not.

I would like to ask what is CA Certificate?
Secondly, for September 2021 intake , i hope you would be able to make it to Canada as flights are mostly unpredictable due to current Covid situation.

1st application for Jan 2021 intake applied from UAE (Indian Resident) - 4 Nov 2020
1st Refusal - 16 Dec 2020

2nd application for May 2021 intake applied from UAE again- 22 feb 2021
2nd refusal - 22 Apr 2021

I am not deferring the program and will continue the classes for May 2021 intake. Parallely I will again apply from India. I am an employee of PSU bank in India and I am on sabbatical leaves of 2 years(to join my husband in Dubai) ending in Mar 2022 so I have to pursue an 8 months course only. Although if I get visa approval, I might leave my current job but what do you think..is there any chance of visa rejection? Following are the reasons mentioned for rejection:

•I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. (my sister has recently completed her Masters in canada and is currently on work permit)
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence
