I worked as science teacher in school ( Class 5 to 8 ) for 1.9 years from 2015 to 2017 and than as Assistant Professor in University for 1 year and later on I did B Ed. from 2018 to 2020.

Will previous work experience in school before doing B Ed. be considered?
What should be right NOC code either 4031 ( Secondary School Teacher) or 4011 ( University Professor and lecturers)?

Science teacher in school ( Class 5 to 8 ) for 1.9 years from 2015 to 2017 - NOC 4031
Assistant Professor in University for 1 year and later - NOC 4011

I am not sure about the foreign teachers profession and requirements to be considered for NOC
but here is the basic Employment requirements and IRCC says The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description.

So
I assume your work experience as a teacher prior to your B.Ed is not an issue.

NOC 4031

  • Employment requirements
    • Teachers of academic subjects require a bachelor's degree in education which is often preceded by a bachelor's degree in the arts or sciences.
    • Teachers of vocational or technical subjects require a bachelor's degree in education which is usually preceded by specialized training or experience in the subject.
    • Instructors of trades in Quebec require completion of an apprenticeship training program and industry or trade certification.
    • Department heads usually require several years of teaching experience.
    • To specialize in special education or English or French as a second language, additional training is required.
    • A provincial teaching certificate is required.
    • Membership in a provincial or territorial teachers' association or federation may be required.
