You do not need to inform IRCC that your BOWP is approved, since when a FOSS check is done, IRCC will be aware of your status in Canada and the visa you are on.
Ok! So all I have to do is waiting for COPR, right? Thank you very much for your help all the time :)

Hello @legalfalcon . Good morning.I have got my copr letter today but need to apply for pr card and currently my work permit application is also submitted. I have informed my employeer to withdraw the application. Is it required to withdraw or IRCc will do it from their end . Please confirm..
After your COPR is issued, if you are in Canada, and if the COPR was send and stamped, then effective the date on the COPR you are now a PR, and thus you do not need any visa or permit. All pending applications for visas and permits will be cancelled.

@legalfalcon I hope you are keeping safe and this meets you well?

So I got my PR approved on January 31st 2021 (applied through a lawyer), sent the required docs for my PR card on February 3rd, 2021. Yesterday, IRCC resent my COPR to my lawyer (without any clear communication as to why they resent it). Does this mean the previous docs (photos) didn't meet their specifications and I should resend the docs and photos again?

Please help! Anyone else here who has experience on this, please help too. TIA! :)

I don't think I get what your question is. COPR is sent to the address on file.

Yes, I already received it through my lawyer in January, but they sent it again yesterday without any explanations. Does that mean the photo for pr card didnt meet their specifications and they want me to resend it? @legalfalcon

No, if the photo was not as per the specifications, you will get a letter clearly stating that the photo has to be resubmitted.

SP10734 here as well. I got a ghost update today, and hoping for the best. I'm just seeing the message, so I'll have to call IRCC on Monday to know what it is about.
