I am planning to study in Canada hence, i would like to know this province i need to select for studies. I am looking for the possibilities of getting parting job/Full time job, Cost of living, and PR. please give me the advises before selecting the students visa

There are pros and cons for every city. The bigger cities have more jobs but the cost of living is higher. I would focus on finding a program that make sense based on your previous education and work history and that will lead to the best job opportunities after graduation.

if i am taking 2 One year programs continuously ( one after another ) how much years of stay back will i get ?
