I’m in Jamaica
It takes more than pictures to sponsor someone to Canada. You have to show that you lived together for a year or so, got joint bank accounts, rental/mortgage agreements etc. I assume he is a PR or Canadian Citizen, so he also have to have a well paying job to show that he can be financially responsable for you.

You don't have to live together for a year to sponsor someone.

Thank u I am just concerned because we only have wedding pictures and only married for 3 months. So I’m wondering if I should let him go ahead and start the process

No. The sponsor is responsible, but there typically is no income requirement when sponsoring a spouse.

How much time have you spent in person before and after your wedding? Do you have a long dating history that is well documented?

We broke up in early 2019 so all pictures and messages were deleted, he left for Canada in August 2019 and we got back together in October 2019. He came to Jamaica December 2020 I didn’t see him until 3 days before the wedding and he left 3 days later

Did you see each other between October 2020 when you got back together and right before you got married? Did you have a large ceremony with family and friends? Have you ever applied to work, study or immigrate to Canada?

No we didn’t see each other until 3 days before the wedding, the ceremony was private but we had a reception with family and friends, I haven’t applied to work, study nor immigrated to Canada

You can certainly apply for sponsorship but I would strongly encourage you to spend more time together during the sponsorship process. The fact that you got back together on the phone or online after he left for Canada and that you hadn't seen each other until the wedding raises a lot of red flags. In addition he only spent 3 days with you after marriage. I would suspect that you may need to have an interview as part of your sponsorship process.
