can i apply as a refugee while i had UAE business visa?

i am an Afghan with a kid girl,7 years old.
i am getting UAE business visa to get canada turism visa.
having UAE visa,will make problem in my refugee assylem or not?
its very important for me.
please give me right information.

It won’t be an issue. A business visa for the UAE won’t necessarily make getting a TRV easier. You’ll need to obtain a TRV before you can consider a refugee claim. And until restrictions are lifted, you are unlikely to be eligible to travel to Canada unless you meet one of the exemptions.

Having a UAE business visa will not be a problem in your refugee / asylum application.

However I'm not sure how a UAE business visa will help you to get a tourist visa for Canada.

yes i should get TRV first and after travel to canada,i claim my assylum.
my doubt is that,the officer will say if u had chance to live in UAE,why u claim your assylum to canada.
i have my plan for the time,the boarders are open not now.

Think you have been given incorrect information. People with visas to remain in UAE for work are not more likely to get a TRV. If anything it tends to be more difficult because they don't have strong ties to their home country. I would take it one step at a time because getting a TRV to get to Canada is very difficult.

i lived in dubai for a few years and i see many friends can get TRV easily with having UAE visa.
my doubt is about canada ,
i heared that if i have any residents,will make problem for my assylum.
i want to be sure abt it

Unfortunately that's not usually the case. If you have a longterm job, property, and lots of international travel that may be the case depending on your citizenship but if you are currently living in Afghanistan it is likely going to be hard to get a TRV. UAE doesn't allow you to live permanently in the UAE forever so it won't affect your asylum case. If you have been living and working in the UAE you will have to show how your life is at risk in Afghanistan.

I think you will find that having a UAE visa won’t be much help in getting a TRV, but good luck to you. IRCC is aware of the means and methods that people use to gain access to Canada to claim asylum, so don’t be surprised if your plan doesn’t work.

Think you misunderstood. UAE visas are very easy to get so don’t add much to your profile. If people have been living in the UAE longterm, have good savings, other international travel, etc. that may be why they got a TRV. Best of luck but your TRV approval will primarily be based on the proof that you will be returning home to Afghanistan.

I had the same issue and in my claim minister intervened based on my owner / business visa from uae but Alhamdulillah I got accepted later in. It shows that you are self employee / business person so that makes a bit confusion but can be addressed by providing that uae visa get cancelled automatically after living 6 months outside uae no matter what your status is. Then the minister was convinced and my case was approved

It sounds like @luckyrefugee had been living and working in the UAE for some time. @luckyrefugee did you have a good international travel history? What was your purpose for travel when you applied for your TRV? What is your citizenship? Because of the large number of refugees from Afghanistan there will always be concerns that someone is entering Canada to claim asylum. Would be the same thing for citizens from Yemen, Syria, Nigeria, etc.
