No they did not mention any specific visa office name. My application is outland and My wife's address is in Hyderabad, India. Dont know which visa office in Canada it has gone to.

Appreciate your response. The only reason I ask this question is because my wife being a Non-Accompanying spouse in my application had submitted her PCC and other required documents including me showing the required funds for her at the time of my EE application. Also, if you notice the first question asked in the checklist was "if the spouse I am sponsoring was already examined as a non-accompanying dependent when I applied for a PR visa". In my situation the answer was Yes.

Application received at Sydney Feb 24th
Got a conformation email March 12th only the sponsor got the email , PA did not get any email yet
PA tried to link the application, it saying
"This application has already been linked to this account. To view your application, see the "view my submitted applications" section on the main page of your account."
but no application is linked in" view my submitted applications"
we send a tech form, but no reply yet its been more than 14 days , anyone had this issue before?
i use this one one to see the status https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas
status it show In Progress when i click on it
it will tell "We received your application for permanent residence on February 23, 2021."

Have you tried linking your application to a brand new GCKEY account ? If not try that and let me know if its a option that works.
While linking are you putting number of people in application as 2 (Sponsor+PA) ?
It happened to me. No VO office and then after 2 weeks IRCC agent told me that my application was transferred to Ottawa. You can wait for 2 weeks before you call as if you call them now they’ll say the application is still in Sydney
WE got emails that file is sent to Ottawa then another e-mail that file was sent to NDVO. Thus you should have got the emails unless Sydney wants to finalize it or still in Sydney
Sponsor get AOR and SA and PA get all other emails like BIL,Medicals,AOR2,Pre arrival etc
As per their website and even forms It read that non-accompanying family members will be given priority and they won't be placed behind the big lineups.
