i would say mid 2022 for the November 2019 folks, basically 1.5-2 years delay
I don’t know if there is evidence corroborate this claim. I saw October 2019 applicants have reached very close to the final stages.
I think will hear more from November 2019 applicants over upcoming months.
I think this is a reasonable guess. With vaccines continuously rolling out, they should be able to expand their work capacity once this pandemic dies down a bit more. The backlog seems like quite severe at the moment. But I think they should be able to get to all of 2019 applicants by the end of this year, if not earlier.
