Just called IRCC. Here are the latest updates on my application:

Med: Passed-January 22
Bio exempt
Eligibility: Recommended Pass (the agent said this was recent but I didn't receive any GU)
Criminality is in process
Security not started

VO: Ottawa

When you called them what options did you choose. I called a couple of times and went for Agent but every time same message that they are busy and the call got disconnected.

What's that means i just call them the agent said to me that you eligibility is passed and criminality is in progress and security is pending not sure whats going on some people are waiting for copr from 7-8 months

I’m not sure about it, when I got ghost update last time I called IRCC and agent said eligibility recommended passed and criminality is in progress.
What I can see is we have to just wait and watch.

I had to try three times before I finally could speak to the agent. Keep trying hopefully you will be able to go through. The agent was very patient and let me ask several questions. Very helpful.
