Any person in the same boat with me! As I am quite frustrating with IRCC processing and randomly selection of files over the past months. I am inland, AOR July 8th and still no stages have been passed. The funny situation is my note says the case analyst requested for a review on my eligibility. Guess what is it? 5 scores decrease because my age changed my during submission that my overall scores is enough to cover that and the other issue is the case analyst asked an officer to review why in two previous jobs there is no indication of tax reports such as T4! So instead of asking me directly to send them my tax files, my file are under review for 6moths and no news. Yesterday, they send me a request to update my medical and send them within 30 days as my medical exams has just ended (one year). Is isn't to0 frustrating to see this situation? Why do they only care about medical exam instead of working on eligibility and other stages....? All I heard over the past 8months was medical passed on August and now a new medical test is requested again! What's your thought about this issue? should I send a message via webform to them?
I am in the same boat as you, at least you got medical request, my medicals are expired since 4 months, not a single word from IRCC. Medicals are valid for 1 year from the last test done for your medical exam. From what I have collected so far that medicals are required to be valid for 6 months from the date they issue copr, (not sure why and how this is valid for in-land applicants) its extended for some by RMO and remeds are requested for others(of course there is no transparency). Call IRCC and check with them if this is the last step in the process or if there can be any consideration done to extend it. Now there is a possibility that the officer working on your file did not update gcms with any information yet, in that case, I would say get your medicals done and submit it as soon as possible.

Finally, my application was approved just hour ago.
I will share my experiences and I hope you can get some ideas.

My AOR is in July 2nd and from Toronto.

Eligibility
  • March 18, 2021
Medical results
  • August 24, 2020
Biometrics
  • November 9, 2020
Background check
  • March 4, 2021
Final decision
  • March 18, 2021

Until just now, these categories were all in progress even eligibility.
I had a GU March 4 and 5th which was the last GU. I have not seen any GU since.
I called CIC on March 11 th, they said my application is finalizing. so it takes about a week for the finalizing.
I called this morning as well, they said the decision has made. However, the website said the decision has made today. so there is some time lags.

Thanks everyone for posting here, I check this forum all the time.
This waiting situation has been and still is really stressful and at times depressing.
I wish you the best of luck!!
Hey Leo, when did you receive the confirmation letter via email to send your photo?

Has anybody got email with subject: Update on IRCC processing capacity for your Economic Class – Canadian Experience Class (EE) application from IRCC? I don’t understand why I should expect longer delays? I don’t have any issues with my application identified in gcms notes other than medicals are expired.
