Experience letter dates and their necessities?

I simply have two issues and I would be so happy if you could answer any of these questions.

Would it be okay if I get experience letters even before I created my express entry profile? How long they remain valid?
Is it expected to show an experience letter for all of the work experiences that are added to my profile?

The thing is I have worked in many places, and I'm thinking about not adding a few of them to my profile. Simply because I'm not sure whether I can get an experience letter from them or not.

You only need a reference letter where you claim point. Any experiences that you dont claim points for can be put in the personal history

Thanks a lot! That's great to hear! Do you know anything about the validity period? I still didn't create my profile and I'm thinking of doing that after I get all of my papers

I never heard of the reference letter can be expired. Might wait for someone who knows to answer it
