Anyone here stuck on "Criminality: In-Progress" since forever? Everything else passed.

I'm on the same boat. AOR June 8 and biometrics submitted on November 16.

Me too! I'm June 16 AOR. Biometrics exempt(gave them 2 years ago). According to GCMS note, I'm in PRBIO group.

1- Pages retracted due to s.16(2)(c) ... is that means I am under security screening?
2-Security Status is not started yet
3-in the notes page top corner mentioned S.15(1)
4-The below notes referring to what?

Yes, there is nothing stopping you from creating a new profile.

If your security is not started, then it has not yet been initiated. When your security is initiated your page 2 of your GCMS, i.e. assessments will show security as "blank."

Subsection 16(2) is a discretionary class exemption. It requires that the institution identify how the information would facilitate the commission of an offence, then exercise his/her discretion, in accordance with the intent of the Act and the provision, to determine whether the information should be withheld from disclosure.

If the department wants to claim subsection 16(2) in such a way that does not clearly fall within the three illustrated paragraphs, it must be a situation where the information will cause prejudice in facilitating the commission of an offence. Examples of these could be sabotage, forgery, hijacking, interception of communications, kidnapping, hostage-taking, fraud, spying, possession of explosives.

If Security is stated not started then then these exemptions are not an indicia of otherwise

When I checked GCMS notes, Eligibility , Medicals (M1,S1) Criminality was passed and biometric was pending for spouse which was completed on 2nd March 2021. I received IME1017E medical form only for my wife on 11th March to get medicals again {as expiry of prev medical test is on 11th May}. What does this indicate ? Is my application almost finalized? or do they simply request for same medical test again as it is nearing expiry.

Same. So far there's been to explanation as to what being in the PRBIO group means (you're exempt and I wasn't).

Same again as expiring soon. They request only for outland applicants

hi! Same thing! Last update on my profile was Oct 2020! I contacted an MP to inquire my application on my behalf! Hope it will help
