Hi everyone,
I received the PPR. My timeline is as below:

Applied : December 25th, 2020

Submission confirmation: feb 1st ,2021

Eligibility started: Feb 8th, 2021

PPR request: March 10, 2021.

Now my question is: Can I move forward by merely sending a webform to IRCC that I will get my passport stamped in India as I need to travel on emergency basis. Do I need to wait for the reply ? As its going to take too long here in Canada if I send it to the Canadian office. Thanks

Eligibility Review: hasn’t started yet
No PPR yet.
Going to travel without PPR and receive my PPR in home country and get my passport stamped there.

Thanks a lot for your replies. So basically I can receive passport request anywhere. They cant refuse the application just because I travelled right? I hold a Valid PGWP.
Yes that’s true. They will not refuse it on this basis. I got my approval in Pakistan after one week.It doesn’t matter at all.
