Not all... I am May 22 inland CEC online applicant, single with no PCC required, biometrics done on October 14th. Secuirty not started, criminality in progress still as per today's call. Nobody touched file since September.
Were they able to tell you the last time your application was touched? When I asked that question yesterday, it seemed the argent didn’t want to tell me and kind of dodged it

I asked about it. She said the latest update was “when you called in December”, which doesn’t make sense to me!

Wwhhattt.... this is getting outrageous... I know they are probably all annoyed with us calling but if we just had more transparency with our questions it wouldn’t be as bad. They dodged that question from me AND when I asked which visa office my application is in... since apparently it’s not always going to be in the province you applied from

What about April,March,may..any idea?
As I can see the process, March is for August applicants, I believe we will start to see many August approvals. Since Feb was for July applicants, Jan was for June applicants! Unfortunately April, March, May ... are in backlog!! Finger crossed for those months!

look, https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/cec-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application/analytics/statuses-by-months-of-submission-3
it seems they just approve 50% of each month. In Jan there was a waterfall of May\Jun, Feb: Jun\Jul, I predict Mar: Jul\Aug. And only *IF* there will be some spare time at the end of month, they will touch other months' apps (btw, I'm Mar20 applicnt and almost lost a hope)
This is quite a big discovery and it's strange that this is something that's not really been focused on on this forum.

I'm purely speculating here but it would look like IRCC have identified which may the quickest 50% of applicants to process from each month and will focus just on those to keep their number of applications being processed relatively high. Or perhaps there's certain applications (that happen to be 50% of applicants) that are impossible to process without being in the office for some reason. Either way, once covid calms down and IRCC workers are no longer working from home then I think they will then go back over the months and complete them all to 100%.

It's painful that I'm in the 'unlucky' 50% of June applicants and that I am separated from my partner but I always bare in mind there there are so many in much worse situations than myself. My heart goes out in particular to anyone who's been separated from their children for more than a year at this point with no signs of when it will be over. The lack of transparency from IRCC over the past year has been astonishing.

You're working with a limited sample size, based on a self reported tracker. I wouldn't put much stock in that site. Even IF you assumed all the data on there to be true, and indicative of the larger pool of applicants, it stands to reason that there will be some dropoff between the number of applications that come in and the number that successfully get approved. Not every applicant will clear all the stages, with the vast majority of those that don't get approved failing at the R10 stage for a complete application in the first place. Then you have a number that won't clear Eligibility. Then factor in those that get stuck in Enhanced Security screening for any length of time.
