actually i have not applied yet. I am thinking to apply after having 1year experience. So my problem now is do i have to get job letter from my employer before leaving. And if i leave can i still apply for pnp. Please suggest me.

Yes get a job letter from employer and you work experience will still he counted. You can still apply for PNP and put your experience in your application. Still not clear under which pnp province and category you wana apply?

Yes you can claim points for you current experience if you quit this employer. Make sure you take employment letter before quitting.
