Why doesn't IRCC just tell people NOT TO MARRY OUTSIDE CANADA...THEY SHOULD PUT THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE
I have been following and post and definitely there is something wrong with your file. I hope not.
But poeple who applied after you even in Jan 2021, they have received Med/Bio request already.
You should ask your MP to inquire again.
If they are going to approve you. Then it is from couple of weeks to max 2 months. Otherwise long delay.
brother, visa offices do not consult people. so yeah its a IRCC office abroad.

October 2019 applicant, so far nothing special,
I have a 1 Year baby born in Pakistan and applied for proof of citizenship through Canadian High Commission Islamabad 10 months ago. They send file to CPC Sydney, in May 2020. I neither got file number nor my payment receipt linked to any file. Don’t know where is that file. In short it is not in the IRCC system. I enquired through MP but no vain. they said they are processing December 2019 files that’s why it is not in the system but I am doubted file might have lost.
Is there anyone who has applied for proof of citizenship and status?

After medical how long will it take for someone to receive his or have PR? do you know
No need to worry about your file being lost, but it could take some time. A friend of mine applied for proof of citizenship for his son, (NOV 2019) and he is just about to receive his certificate in the mail now, so it is quite a wait.
But the good news is, if your spousal case is approved before your child’s certificate, you can apply for a urgent temporary travel document from the same place in islamabad, Canadian High Comission. That is about a month long process. Let me know if you need any help.
