Missing hand signature on some of the forms. I have read CIC instruction thoroughly, but they didn't mention 'hand' signature is essential.Hi just wonder what was the reason your case got returned?

Yes.Jan 5 ? Did you call ircc about it ?
Have to agree. Any OINP who saw any significant progress ?@bbjeon38 my case status is same as yours I just finished calling IRCC, my eligibility has also not started yet though I am Nov AOR but same May AR as you ,I tend to call IRCC day or two after you check your status with them, you believe it or no I am sure it has something to do with our province and OINP program as I previously stated as well
Refer to the link. There is no big difference in processing time from AOR to PAL by province, so I don't agree with the province doing something. Before pandemic, it takes 5 months, after pandemic, 1.5 months. The strategy may be changed again.@bbjeon38 my case status is same as yours I just finished calling IRCC, my eligibility has also not started yet though I am Nov AOR but same May AR as you ,I tend to call IRCC day or two after you check your status with them, you believe it or no I am sure it has something to do with our province and OINP program as I previously stated as well
AOR to PAL.is mostly processed by CIO Sydney, atleast in my case. After that the files which landed in Ottawa stayed on the runway. Recently they extracted record amount of dust from themRefer to the link. As I know, it is reviewed from the beginning if the primary visa office is changed. My friend got this email yesterday from Ottawa. The mail is different from others. Her AR is OCT 2018 and the stream is OINP international student stream.AOR to PAL.is mostly processed by CIO Sydney, atleast in my case. Yes AR means when your application delivered, you can check delivery confirmation option while sending the courier. If you didn't receive AOR after 6-7 months, you call call or send webform to check status of your application, agent will let you know if they have your application or lost!Hi everybody.
I have a general question since I'm new.
If AR means the time the letter is delivered by a courier or you will need to get extra confirmation from IRCC?
For example how we know if they really received the letter and it is not lost.
So the Oct 2018 flights are taking off from Ottawa now ? Good luck to me then. Its going to take forever looks like.As I know, it is reviewed from the beginning if the primary visa office is changed. For the medical exam digital photo, our clinic asks us to upload the photos before the appointment. I am wondering can I just take the photo at home by myself without going to the passport photo booth? Or the photo requirement is as serious as the one for PR application?
You will not get any email/main for AR ie PR packet reaching them. You need to track your courier and be happy. Once they issue AoR, then the AR date is mentioned in the AoR.Hi everybody.

Thank you. From the courier side, my letter was delivered on 10st Sep (5.5 months until now) and I sent through Webforms several times but they told me the document is not in their system yet. I think based on the current situation it is normal. Am I correct?Yes AR means when your application delivered, you can check delivery confirmation option while sending the courier.
