checking eligibility for Canada Student and PR together

Hi Team,

I am checking for my nephew who cleared his 12 class last year and cleared his IELTS exam this month. While his exam took long, we got him admitted to Singapore University which will be starting May. I want to check if there is a way we can apply for both his student visa and PR together so he can cover his Singapore classes for few months and then can travel To Canada for further studies with PR in hand or other best way for him.

He wouldn’t be eligible for PR without at least a Masters, 3 years foreign skilled work experience. PR comes after he has graduated and worked for a few years. He can study in Canada.

Hi again,

We are looking for Canada options now again. We will looking for diploma courses in IT/Computers. Can someone put more insight which City will have more options keeping job opportunities in mind (part-time during college) and full time after course. Also, I want to focus on PR which city will be the best to apply PR from to get it soon.

Pick a province and then do a google search of colleges. He may want to look at universities too. City has nothing to do with PR.
