Hello everyone, just need some clarification. I actually submitted my application last year June for spousal application. Which my wife is the sponsor. Recently they asked for birth certificate and my wife passport, which we mailed back to them. My concern is I haven’t been issued any application number till date to track my application online. I actually don’t know the stage of my application. Thou my wife called them recently and they told her everything has been imputed into the system and we have a temporary file number which is online useful to the person handling the file. Does this means my processing time hasn’t been counting or what?

Sounds like not even AOR. You need a number stsrting with F for processing to start.

1.What do you mean by AOR?
2.Are you saying the processing hasn’t been attended to despite they confirmed it already has a temporary file number from there end

Temp number means its there. It doesnt not mean it has been checked for completeness. This check is done to.make sure everything is in order, all doxuments, all signatures. If all is there they wouldbsend you AOR acknowledgment of receipt and processing then startd.

Its starts from.moment received. Mine was received June 24th. I got aor december 4th. Medical, bil sa jan 14-16th. File transferred HK Jan 27th, aor 2 February 1. Now processing last steps.

Forget that time frame you need to find out why not received aor. From what you tell.me they havent even checked it for completeness. Untilbyou get aor it can be returned incomplete. And they dont notify of incomplete it just shows up in your mail returned.

Time counted yes, because its there. But it could still.be returned to you incomplete. They have not even gave you a app number or uci, not even aor. Your concern should be action on the application AS IN AOR AND PROCESSING started.

Thanks for the update. So I should be expectant right? Since everything has been received by them. I should just wait for the AOR . After the AOR has been received how many months will it take other process to be completed. Because I have a valid biometric that last till 2027.

My wife UCI number is there but no application number starting with F.

Bil is fine. The time frame if you are lucky will be under a year, expect more. Yes, wait for aor. Even webform them if you want.
