Actually, my manager had mentioned job offer valid upto March 2022 and can be consider for further extension based upon business requirement. However, I am permanent full time employee of my company from last 5+ years.

What I afraid of that IRCC may not accept this as a job offer and my score will be lesser than cut off. As last draw was only 75 and may be more CEC oriented draw can happen soon. Could I withdraw my existing express entry application and reappear in pool or shall I wait of current application ?? Please advise ???

Well it might be at officer discretion, but in my case, with a permanent job offer, providing reference letter and employer letter and job offer....as I said, agent did not count my job as a valid job offer, though I fulfill every criteria EXCEPT '' I will still have a job 1 year after my PR''. But it was obvious that I would since this is a permanent position. But still, they took off the 50 points from my score. You can accept ITA but you might be rejected after 2 or 3 months...Lets see if someone else can advise here. That is only my experience.

I would add that 'March 2022 and can be consider for further extension based upon business requirement" may also be interpreted that if business doesnt require then your job ends in march. which is 1 year from now and you didnt get your PR yet....

One last question please, could I create a new profile while the first one is in progress. My current score is CEC- CRS score is 444 and I may get ITA, which I will not accept for 80 days and monitor how first one goes (via gcms notes, after 1.5 month, to see if eligibility is passed or not), please advise?

So far no news but September applicants are seeing some change so that is gonna be our turn soon

I believe from March we should be seeing COPRs issued to Oct applicants.

perhaps very few of them. But I do not expect anything before May.

Would be nice to see some approvals soon but I'm not holding my breath for anything at the moment! Since they are still processing August/September applications and even the backlog before that, it's so hard to identify a reasonable pattern.

I use immtracker to get some patterns.

If we look at the applications that got PR for the entire 2020, its takes about 210-250 days.

Its not final, just an estimate, but shows we still got long way in front of us.

A long way indeed. Only a few lucky ones will get fast approvals
