Everyone with officer CB01126 waiting for COPR can sent complaints to minister@cic.gc.ca.
I noticed that most applicants with CB01126 passed 6-month timeline even more than 9-12 months. This email is the minister of IRCC. Never know if it is useful but good to try.

Better than not trying.
I tried but the guy reply 'none of his business'. We should address IRCC directly. So basically, it's play hot potato and pass it round as opposed to help us.
