For September 2020 applicants? I highly doubt it. Even Jan 2020 applicants (and some late 2019 applicants) are still waiting for test invites.

No I mean in general earlier applicants from missiuga office, I read somewhere no invite from mississauga even for 2019 applicants

Looking at the spreadsheet, im one of few early September applicants whose status didn't flip to in process yet. Starting to fear my application was chosen to be in one of those QA processes that delay it

Either that or ottawa office are just really lazy

QA based check can even come after going to "In Process" at the local office.

Looks like IRCC handles the cases from the same province in bulk. I am in Regina, and my IP date is Feb 15 too. Probably they have sent all Saskatchewan cases, applied at similar time, at one go.

how long it will take to send you test invitation?

I think it will vary across provinces. It depends on the pace, the immigration office in the province works.

My son got the 2nd line on 9th February, my wife got it yesterday but not me. But we all three got in prcocess in the morning today. No AOR email for me and my wife.

Application sent: 27th Sep, 2020.
Application received: 30th September.
AOR as per ECAS: 21st December.
In Process: 17th February.
