Another question from me-- can you submit/upload items in the IRCC website piece-wise? I'm asking because I need to upload my biometrics receipt (due next week) but still have to wait for my RCMP criminal check. I've already uploaded my receipt, but it says "Not yet sent to IRCC" because I have to click "Next" and resubmit/sign off. Can I do that now without waiting for my RCMP yet? Will I have another chance to submit the RCMP stuff later?

BTW, the visa center in London (the place that I gave biometrics) was almost empty, the workers there were super nice! My husband and I just finished in 8 mins.

I called the vfs customer care a lot of times but it seems they have still not received the official announcement yet.

It seems like they backed off from their promise. People are commenting on their tweet and they are saying that they will let us know once their is an announcement.
