THAT IS JUST SO UNFAIR. score of 478 so I don't get an ontario invitation. With a pnp I could have more things in favor.
Does it mean that is the OINP tech draw today just for CEC?Yes. FSW. Noc 2175
I was in a similar situation as you back in July.. Had 478 and missed the first all program in months because of cut off.. then next draw was a CEC/PNP again and the Ontario Tech draw because they selected 477 and below, so I was left in a grey area... Then was lucky that we had alternating draws, got my ITA on August and I'm a Sept AOR.
Patience, I know is hard, many of us have been there, and we still need it as we still need to wait for PPR and COPR.
Good luck!

You will get an ITA for sure when there is a FSW draw. OINP takes more time and money and you have to stay in Ontario. Thanks I hope I'll get through this and get my ITA and be able to choose the province at my free will.
It is not like that.... the draw scores range was 453-467... my score is 478 that is why I don't get an invite, my score is higher than the range.

Last year we were desperate when they stopped FSW draws. Even if they take all CEC in the pool, it's still not enough to fill the quota so FSW will come back at some point.I know, my thought was that If I got a nomination at least that would mean that I would be in a safest place, talking about immigration, because I would be in PNP draws, which have been happening without stops....
I suppose I should just have patience.
did you specify in your EE profile that you plan to move to Ontario? if you don't select that I don't think they will draw you? Thanks I hope I'll get through this and get my ITA and be able to choose the province at my free will.

Most probably, if he has not been invited.
Yea, you are right and I considered it but I am losing 5 points for age in may. So, even if I get 4 points, my score will be 466 after may. I was really desperate for a direct ITA but now PNP would be the only option for me. I know it takes longer and costs more but I can’t take the stress of waiting for an ITA anymore. I have had a rough last year as I started with 470 in Feb-20, lost out in tie breaker draw, reduced to 465 after losing 5 points in May-2020, increased to 467 by maxing out ielts in November. Now my profile is expecting next week and I ll lose 5 more points in May. I would rather secure an Ita by applying for a pnp, definitely easier than all the things I have to do to increase my score.
You will get an ITA in the next draw, whenever that is.Thanks I hope I'll get through this and get my ITA and be able to choose the province at my free will.

Correct. There are no CEC candidates in the pool and they would have mentioned if it was CEC only draw. They sent out 1186 invites and all of them went to FSW candidates, it was a big draw.
Do we think they were all FSW inlands? I don't know enough about the pnp details but if there were fsw outlands among those 1186 people, that's good because it seems they're letting some outlanders in through the border. maybe all program draws are sooner than we think.
As long as you select all province, you are good. It doesn’t have to be Ontario alone to get a nomination from them.did you specify in your EE profile that you plan to move to Ontario? if you don't select that I don't think they will draw you?
