you have two options
A You can send your application for reconsideration which doesn’t take longer and it’s good choice
option B
judicial review and the judge will make a decision on your case If judge think if the officer has Error then he will sent your case for reconsideration then it’s most likely will be a approved

i know that you acan apply for JD review after 15 days from the date of the decision but what about recondideration

When did you fall out of status? Any chance you qualify to restore your status under the extended COVID policy?

Consult a good immigration lawyer asap

It doesn’t matter where he is from
Europe or Afghanistan He had a shitty lawyer which used him for money and his argument was really bad I’m guessing He need to find a good lawyer as soon as possible and apply for judicial review or reconsideration Don’t waste your time

I do believe that my lawyer screwed me up.
I don't care what it costs, I will sell everything I have if I can find a good lawyer in GTA area. Can you guys recommend somebody?

Hey don't panic just think about it you have options just wait for the letter and as ayanna ask you to order gcms notes and get full decision and reasons why officer rejected then take your decision
