Tje day we married.instantly after we went to the bureau in her home city and registered. It was a notarized in front of us. In English and Chinese. All info included, dob, pp number, pp info. Thats what foreigners need in China to.prove marriage and what IRCC said they wanted from.me in country specifics.

Yeah in Ukraine there are no such red books or anything. The marriage certificate is all you need to be legally married there.

Its registered automatically in Ukraine there is no such thing. Obviously they are just playing games. I provided 500 screenshots of 1 year communication in first ADR, $10,000 Western Union transfer to my wife to help her when pandemic hit, proofs of gift exchanges, letter of marriage evolution, updated schedule A, fresh PCC.... but NO that's not enough for them.
