yes, my intended destination is Toronto.
Okay cool, then you should be good. If they've already offered you OINP, then it means they've seen your profile already, which means they know which ties you do and don't have to the province, and they're still interested in you. :) So, apply freely, and if asked for motivation as to why you wanna go there, talk about the reasons you wanna live and look for work in Toronto. You should be fine.

Hi guys, I have a question regarding Ontario PNP. I have received a notification of interest from Ontario and apparently I have to convince them that I am willing to stay there after relocating to Canada. I have no family or educational tie with Ontario as it is obvious in my EE profile. So considering I provide all other documents is it possible they don't offer me nomination despite being invited to apply for it? Thanks
Normally, people will mention that they have researched about jobs in Ontario based on their work experience and where they intend to move within the province. No need to exaggerate since you don't really have any ties, I did the same and got the nomination.

I hovered around in this forum in 2018 with a hope to get all the necessary information to make my profile strong for express entry but right at front of my eyes I saw the scores jumping from 440 - 450 - 460, making it almost impossible for me to make the cut. Someone being in late 30s, time was against me and I had to do something, hence I started looking for other avenues and then finally decided to follow education route. I again started in December 2019 with writing my IELTS academic tests, WES course by course assessments and then applying to all the desired universities. I was accepted in 6 different Universities, finally selected one and Applied for study permit. Unfortunately I received the refusal within 12 days and I thought , that's it this is the end of my dream. Age clock was also ticking as I turned 38. I finally decided to give one last attempt and Applied again and guess what, my application got approved on 8th Feb 2021. I received my passport request. So finally I am traveling Canada by April last week and now in a process to apply for SOWP for my spouse and TRV for my 3 year old child.
I am writing this here, to let you know that if you feels it's impossible to make the cut in EE/PNP, try study route. I know it is lengthy and expensive but aren't we all here to take those risks

Yes, that's the plan. I had to start my 1st term online here in India due to COVID and will complete my 2nd and 3rd term from Canada. My master's will end by the end of this year and since I am going to BC, I will be eligible to apply for BC PNP as an international graduate the moment I complete my degree. So hopefully by 2022 1st quarter I should get PNP nomination and if everything goes fine PR before the end of next year.
