Congratulations. Okay, I am now convinced that the processing time has reduced.Here is my timeline, FYI:
Date applied: Jan 15
Date of reviewing eligibility: Today afteroon 2:30sh
Date approved: Jan 28th after 2 hours of eligibility review update
Region: Online application, from Toronto, Ontario.
I joined this forum today morning at work! And by evening I have the approval already!
No email so far!

Level of Study : Ontario College Graduate Certificate (1 Year)
Term start date : 10 May, 2021 Excepted Graduation date : August, 2022
On School website : If you start in May, you'll have the option to apply for our co-op program, which adds a four month work term. In case you start in January or September, there is no co-op term, so you can complete the program in three semesters.
So if i understood correctly, with co-op term it will be in total 4 semesters and it will take 15 months (May, 2021 to Aug 2022) to complete studies.

Yes I did on the 20th of January. I am hopping I get a response by next week.
A bit confusing. However, both Graduate and Undergraduate Certificates are usually one year programs. There might be an exception to this one. Your best option is to send them an email to verify if this is a one year or two year program.
Finally!! My brother got PGWP approved after near about 1 year. He applied on 5th February 2020
