i am an author , illustrator and educator with a long career behind me in the arts , I've published many books , received many awards etc,caveat is that I'm 65.

Your age makes the Express Entry program a non-starter.

I would recommend you look at the self-employment immigration stream. That's probably your best / only option. See below:

There is no pathway.

You need to take IELTS.

And each province has their own certification for teaching. To find out certification details, look up each province.
What do you mean by Licensed Teacher?
If you plan to teach IELTS should be very basic for you.
