Hi @legalfalcon, I called IRCC today and the agent mentioned that everything is passed and file is with the Vancouver office for the last one month but no response from that office. What shall I do to expedite it? IRCC agent said nothing is pending just wait for some more time as your application is still under 6 months processing time limit. I wonder, If I can do anything to expedite if all stages are passed? Any advise, appreciated?

This is great progress but unfortunately you just have to wait. As an applicant there is nothing you can do to expedite your application. There are office closures and staffing issues as a result of lock-downs

IF all stages have passed, that is a good sign and you need not worry about it. The 6 months processing time is is a myth, and in 2019 an application for FSW and PNP took 9 months to progress, while CEC took 7 months.
Also, currently due to COVID and office closures, there are significant delays. Given that your AoR is September 2020, and all your stages are passed, you need not worry, just wait it out.
You cannot expedite the processing of your application.
How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.

- Processing times refer to the time in which 80% of applications were finalized by IRCC. The processing time is measured from the day a complete application is received until the time a final decision is made by an immigration officer.

When did you gave your biometrics? Are you a CEC /PNP Inland/Outland application?

As per the details mentioned seems like VO is Vancouver and he/she is PNP Inland so I guess country of residence might be Canada. Only thing that is not mentioned is Biometric so i guess may be exempted lol
If its not personal then why did you hide it here in post?Would it be possible for you to provide only the officer note section? usually they don't include personal and classified information in it.
