Hi,

My kids are 7 and 12 years old and going to full time school. Just wanted to know can I still sponsor my sister under this program? I am doing full time job and my husband has travelling job.

How are you “sponsoring“ your sister? The program is not a family sponsorship program. Plus you have said in past posts that you are not the employer.

If your sister actually wants to come to Canada as a caregiver she should find work with another family. If both your children are in school full-time and your family makes under 100k it is pretty clear that it makes no sense for you to pay fora full-time caregiver and this is an attempt to sponsor your sister and her family. The government isn’t stupid and looks at cases where family are being sponsored more carefully because there have been abuses of this program in order to sponsor family members.
