yes i called cic and agent told me that you have applied under covid 19 and it will take some time..i don't know what the meaning for itSame here. Have that covid pace thing in my gcms, app approved but still, nothing's happening. I did try to raise a webform asking what that meant, but no reply. I guess it means wait, wait and wait..

Does anybody know what is 'pending item' called? I have not requested any docs so I'm wondering what is the pending item here. If this is related to biometrics, should I send an LOE that I'm biometrics exempted and is on file?

Its doesnt show anything like that in my gcms note where to find if i am in covid pace group ?

Should we send them an official paper version of passport photo with stamp in the back or the electronic version is enough?
