Medical question - small mistake?

Hello, so the doctor did a small mistake with the issuing country of my passport, but he said he rectified it in the system, but on my paper he struck it out and wrote the correct issuing country and said that shoudn't be an issue?

Should i just make an LOE for this

All they need is your UMI number from it.

did you get your PR approved without issues, and did you add a letter of explanation?
