When did u send second email and did u send on top of what u sent earlier ior new again

Yes I did on top of the first one.

I am so frustrated got first email on 5 jan followed 3 times but no response whatsoever..looks like my agent has died already..don’t know what else to do to make them check email and reply

No I reveived my COPR couple days ago, just haven't got my photo approved yet.

Hi all, I finally received eCOPR yesterday! (Submitted address and photo on Dec. 16th) Currently only my address has been approved. Anyone knows how long does it take to receive PR card after the approval?

Guys I'm so confused right now, I already had my address approved last week on the portal and downloaded my eCOPR, my photo is still in review. This morning I received an email from IRCC with an attachment of a letter confirming my PR status and asking me to mail a physical photo, I believe this is the "old" way of issuing COPR. So should I mail a physical photo as well or just ignore this email and wait for my digital photo to be approved? I've replied back the email and I don't know if they'll answer my question... Wondering if anyone's on the same boat?

Email requesting details - 31 Dec 2020 - replied same day
Credential received - 9 Jan 21 - upload same date
Waiting now!

From my experience, anytime I have sent any mails to IRCC, I have received a reply from them. However, it takes a couple of days normally.
