Spouse and new born PR sponsorship

Hello Everyone, I am a PR holder and currently in India. I am planning to come to Canada to file for my wife and new born child's PR. Can someone direct me to get started on this?

I also have a few questions
1. I have not filed any taxes in Canada as im working in India - will this be a cause of concern?
2. I will be moving to Canada, and search for a job while i apply for my wife and child - Is this possible?

Any help around this will be greatly appreciated.
