Parents Sponsorship 2020-2021 - Parents Marriage Certificate / Documents Notary / Parents CV

Hello all,

I got invitation to apply for parents PR and looking for opinion on following,

1. Parents Marriage Certificate : Though, my parents have marriage certificate, currently we don't have access to that since my parents are with me in Canada on Super Visa. What would be my option.

A affidavit stating the marriage ?

however, we have already submitted marriage certificate to CIC at the time of Super Visa application. Will they consider that if I mention in the explanation letter for non - availability of marriage certificate currently.

2. My birth certificate in my Native language and I have a notarized copy of True translation dated in 2016. Will they accept the 2016 Notarized true translation or I should get a new one.

3. If anyone has any draft for CV for parents,

4. I believe we need to fill only one IMM008 (application form) and IMM1344E (sponsorship form) for principal applicant (father) . Dependent (mother) shall be covered in same only. Or we need to fill those individually for both.

bumping the thread... need your valuable inputs. these are common issues

1. Don't know. Do you not have a scan of the marriage certificate? Can't get someone to send you a scan? Is there a way to order a new copy from the civil registrar or equivalent?

2. While the previous one might still be fine, if not too difficult to get an updated one, may be advisable.

1. currently its not possible to get a copy.. is it advisable to submit the application without marriage certificate with explanation letter... we can submit marriage certifcate later on

2. any format for parents CV
