I filled Widowed for the marital status of my mother

1.Should my late father information like marital status name and email be filled since he is dead?


2.Or should I fill in N/A in the provided space for my father information? Because he is Deceased.

You can put whatever you like for marital status for deceased, best is his marital status at time of his passing.

Email, you can just write deceased. Same for address, for example.
