You can use Skype, or dingtone or text now apps to call IRCC. The apps will allow you purchase a Canadian number to call.

Hello. Does anyone know how I can check my visa office? Outland FSW. Sent them an email, they replied requesting that I send it via web form. I did that a long time ago, but no reply. And their call line isn’t available outside Canada

Give the webform time to return. For call you can use some already mentioned apps

Hello. Been reading comments here and I’m kinda confused. Some people saying their BGC reads “in progress” and others saying theirs read; “we are processing your background check”. Please which of these mean PPR is on the way. I haven’t really been checking my updates. Didn’t know what the ghost update meant until now. Mine reads “We are processing your background check” and I don’t know if it means I should be looking forward to a PPR?
