Hello All - I am reading this thread and people are talking about Ghost update is Sign of PPR. My AOR is 9 OCT , FSW-O , Applying from USA . Can anyone please let me know what do you mean by ghost update exactly ?

Not every one gets it and what it means is that you get an email from cic saying that your application has been updated and when you sign in you would see updated/unread and clicking on it you see no change to the profile. that is called ghost update.

When you recieve an email from IRCC saying that there are changes or updates in your application. Then you go online and notice no change. Everything remains as it is...

Was your applications submitted on someone else's behalf or by someone else? I am guessing thats what its asking for not sure, though.

I think the form is for when you use agents to submit an application. Either way, download the form online, fill it, sign it and upload it. You can use pdf filler to fill it it’s neater and comes in handy in situations where a persons writing is not legible.

Has anybody been able to reach IRCC today? I was waiting on the cue to speak to an agent for the longest of time, only for them to tell me that they are unable to transfer me to an agent due to the high level of calls they are recieveing.

My friend called today at 3pm Nigerian time, got connected after 28mins.

But whom to mention as representative. I am not using a third party My best guess would be to enter myself as representative as my wife is the primary applicant.

I am surprised it was not asked from anyone else in this thread.

Its probably due to the fact that you submitted application on your wife's behalf. Just submit the form with your details as a representative.
