Listen to me some of these lawyer don't know anything they just need your money. I was once involved with one he told me all kind of things come to find out it didn't go like how he said. If you have a good lawyer it can work out for you.

@Sweet child they send me that with the refusal decision of my extension, after that i applied to TRP
i'm visitor and i tried to get work permit so i used the application to change the condition of my status
It was just a paper with my picture on that I should leave the country by this date but my did told me not to worry about this from 20016 but now I got my h&c approved.

ok, but my problem if i have really implied status or not, because i dont believe lawyers and also officers in call center because they know anything
If you for applying TRP that means you are out of status? the only way you can have implied status is if you are renewing your TRP.
