You missed the window for family class sponsorship. You will have to wait till next year to try your luck in getting accepted to apply for sponsorship. You are better off applying for supervisa so you can see your parents sooner.

It is not written on site, but logically understand that if they extended your medical it will reflect on myCIC account with updated medical passed date.
You can contact CPC-M customer service agent to get more details about your medical if your Local VO is CPC-M.

I have submitted my parent's application on June 17, 2019. The application is in the process from Feb 2020. The biometric completed on Feb 19, 2020.
We have received Medical exam Request yet. We have not heard any update from FEB 2020. Please let me know if anyone else is in the same boat. Please let me know the excel file tracker with the dates as I got very worried.
